EB Brew

Recommended Posts

Looks good, but you know its going to be approx 3.7% Alc.

Maybe try 1kg LDM and bump it up to approx 4.5% happy

Or, instead of .5 kg of LDM, some other combo upto 1 kg like Coopers be1 or be2.

Unless of course your going for a mid-strength beer, in which case, go for it.

Whats the thinking of this one

Can of EB

500grm dry malt extract

100grm roasted barley soaked

250gms of crystal malt soaked

and a Mangrove Jack M79 Burton Union yeast

23lts water

Hey David

I reckon that the 100g of Roasted Barley will over power the recipe, changing it to something unlike an English Bitter. I find that 50g of Choc malt goes nicely with the EB can.

Cheers

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Cheers,
