I went to the little creatures brewery here in geelong a few weeks back and I remember in the bottling plant when I had a sample fresh in the bottle it was carbonated and I was watching them going through the filler and getting capped I didn't think much of it till now when I went to reculture the yeast. Tonight the bottles were clear with no dregs whatsoever and is rather annoying as I wanted the yeast for an upcoming WRDA clone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
