EB and Molasses

going to put down a EB extra smooth

can of EB

500 dried malt or should that be 1kg dried malt

and 200gm molasses

i have read some where that you should not use a lot of molasses in beer, and 200 is a fair bit i would have thought

any thoughts

Hi, at what part of the process do you add the molasses? When the fermentation starts, or after the fermentation finished and before bottling/carbonation? Thanx

Hi Mr Chino, add the molasses into the fermenter with the English Bitter and the BE1.
