Scottie
Calvin Russell A little known a Texas born Blues Journeyman, who spent a lot of time in Europe. Stumbled onto the bloke while surfing around my Guvera App and subsequently ordered two Albums from the UK. A Crack in Time Sounds from the Fourth World If you are into Blues Rock or Roots Rock then check this bloke out he is the real McCoy, lived a hard life and unfortunately passed away in 2011. Scottie
OK Grand Master Brewers I followed Lusty's link, that was funny. While I was over there I checked out Grand Master Flash - The Message, yeah I've heard it before it must have been reasonably big at the time - I listened to it up to the pimp bit probably the most attention I've ever paid to it. Granted there is a message there but it is really my cup of tea, or should I say glass of beer, too many bings, pops, dings and whistles for me. I can listen to many styles but really a major prerequisite for me is the formula that the Beatles championed way back when. Otto Von Blotto
As per usual I don't listen to anything in particular, I just put Winamp on shuffle and let it play whatever. A list of the stuff played tonight is... Accept Bon Jovi Iron Maiden Motorhead Cheap Trick AC/DC Alice Cooper Black Sabbath Judas Priest Blue Oyster Cult Arch Enemy Boston Aerosmith I'm currently in the process of ripping all my CDs back on to the computer since I lost about 15,000 songs when they were accidentally scrubbed from the hard drive I kept them on... so there are plenty more to add to that list as I get through it. Kradmelder
I just saw a video of Blacksand's latest pilsner. It looks so good I'm about to listen to roar of a KTM 1190 twin with aftermarket pipes start up so I can ride home at a good clip and grab a beer! Morrie
Ben - just had a listen to them on YouTube, good shit. I just downloaded a song titled Your Love by Middle Kids. It just sounds like a trip back into the 70's for me. Saw Hermitude in Mackay last weekend, it was the last gig of the evening and then the rain came. JohnBoy
Nice Hairy... love iron maiden, they put on a great show a few months back Love Reign 'n blood and south of heaven from slayer... new anthrax album got a listen to last night while bottling a lager. im not an anthrax fan but the new album is pretty good. new of mice and men album out isnt too bad and im looking forward to seeing them at ent centre (in adelaide) next month, but i still prefer the album before which has also been getting a fair bit of airtime lately. tried the new pixies album and helmet album last night before bottling, but found them to be abit boring before changing to anthrax then slipknots .5 the grey chapter...
