Hairy
I’m listening to Triple J’s Hottest 100 of 1995. I’m stuck in the past. Also listening to a heap of Ash and the Lemonheads.
Thirsty Jim
Believe it or not, SBS Chill. I find it makes for good background music although the repetition of the grooves is a bit disturbing. It seems that you only need to loop the same groove over and again and your work here is done. Still, I find it kind of hypnotic and sort of relaxing. It’s kinda like days of our lives, you don’t have to watch it for ten years but as soon as you watch one episode your all caught up.
Thirsty Jim
Weird isn't it ? I notice I tend to have it on when I am working on something - and it seems to help. But I try not to think about it. As soon as I start to think about it then it begins to annoy me. In other words I prefer to hear it rather than listen to it. A bit like white noise. Beerlust
Currently listening to an older mix, but really enjoy the original A Flock Of Seagulls - I Ran. Not the radio edit that most of my era would only know of. What can I say, it takes me back to my youth. Good memories & fun times. Cheers, Lusty. 2
Hairy
I went back to 1993. I have worked my way from Triple J's Hottest 100 of 1993 up to 1996. I will keep going. I presume I will start hitting a point of diminishing return at some stage in the 2000's. 1

Beer Baron
I’m listening to Breaking Down and Bow Down from I Prevail. They are the first 2 singles released from their upcoming album, Trauma. I think this new album is going to be a cracker when it gets released in less than 2 weeks!!
Hairy
I caught some of I Prevail at Download in Parramatta. They were OK; not bad but nothing great either. The two singers that don’t play instruments, they need to find a guitarist to do the clean vocals like Polaris so they don’t have to split the cash with so many people.
