Beerlust Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 ....... it's HOT when you're bottling your beer, & the bottled beer @ 22-23°C feels cold in your hand! It's been really hot in Adelaide over the last 3 or so days. 41°C, 43°C, 39°C. Have been doing it tough in the drive @ The Old Spot all week. :( I'm certainly enjoying the day off today. A few homebrewed Saison Dupont clones, a few APA's of my own design, & a few commercial Coopers Pale Ales while bottling, certainly does make life much more bearable. :) Cheers, Anthony. ben 10 Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 It's been cool enough here in the mountains to pull two fermenters out of the freezer and use it for cold crashing last night.
