TristanO
Hey Ash, My second beer I brewed was a Honey Wheat beer. Turned out not too bad at all. I used: 1.7kg can Thomas Coopers Wheat Beer 1kg Dextrose 300g Light Dry Malt 500g of Beechworth Honey Saf Lager S-23 I used Saf Lager because I dont have a heat pad and wouldnt be able to keep the temp up at 22-23 degrees to be able to use Ale yeast. Using the Saf Lager yeast meant I could ferment at anywhere between 12-16 degrees. It turned out to be about 6%ABV which you could reduce by lowering the amount of dextrose you put in. Bring it down to 500g maybe.
Guest
I bet a better recipe would be the same but swap around the Dextrose and the LDM amounts. Also for an Ale brew it at 18C and Bob's your cross dressing Mother's Brother.
