weggl
Made a Wosiusco Ale formally Mt Selwyn Pale Ale. It was an attempt at cloning Kosciusko Pale Ale, as my nick name is Wossa, my son in law renamed the ale. Tried it at 3 weeks in the bottle, it is A1, but you will need to like Galaxy hops. But a very nice drink for such an early taste. CAN PALE ALE 1KG AME (ESB) 150 DEX 15g GALAXY 10 MIN 10g GALAXY DAY 3 23L US-05 YEAST My tree lopper mate arrived yesterday with a 4 pack of Knappstien Larger. Made in the Clare Valley SA. According to the label it is hopped with Nelson Sauvignon, I think it is maybe not. Why? I recon it is Galaxy. It has a similar flavour to My Wosiusco. But mine is Pale Ale, which is Pride of the ringworm [pinched] plus Galaxy. The Lager is, I thought, a little too sharp for Nelson. Maybe disinformation, the plot thickens.[cool]

Hairy
Weggl, that looks like one mighty tasty brew. Perfect for summer. I have made similar ones using liquid wheat malt and they turn out great.
