sic_vl
Put this down a few not that long ago and tried one last night. I love it, so i thought I should share it. I was trying to make something like Little Creatures Pale Ale. everyones got there own opinion about what hops is in it, but this is what I come up with TC Traditional Draught Cooper Wheat Malt Extract 1.5kg 200gm Light Dry Malt 100gm Dex 15gm Galaxy Hop pellets 15gm Cascade Hop Pellets US-05 yeast Made to 23L I Boiled the Galaxy hops with the LDM and Dex for 15min. Then added this to the FV with the TC Draught and tin of malt. Dry hopped the Cascade. Fermented at about 19C
Hairy
That looks very tasty. I am 99.999999% sure that LCPA doesn't have Galaxy hops but who cares. I love Galaxy hops and this looks like a great beer. You could try dry hopping some galaxy too next time. It has a lovely aroma [love]

Hairy
The 15g of galaxy @ 15 min may have taken some of the edge off the sweetness.
