JoelC3
Here's what I was planning on going with, looking for feedback: Coopers Brewmasters Wheat Kit 3 lbs/1.4kg of Wheat DME (55/45) 1/2 oz/14g of German Tradition hops @ T-5 mins WLP550 Belgian Ale Yeast Looking at about a 20 minute boil all in. Will probably ferment at 73F/23C ambient all the way through. Two weeks at least in primary, maybe three. Really looking to amp up the phenolic clove character that seems to be lacking in all my previous attempts at that region's style. Any thoughts? PB2
Looks good Joel. You could make the boil volume smaller, easier to handle and chill by only boiling the Wheat DME and hops. Simply add the kit at flame out or when mixing in the fermenting vessel.

Although as a side note, I have to say I am going to try the no-chill method you guys use here soon.
