weggl
Pale Yak Made this from the PaulM1111 recipe “Fat Yak on Steroids” but modified the hops, did not want it on Steroids. I used the same amount of hops in a Real Ale, Lager and a Pale Ale. The pale Ale one is a winner at a taste in just 2 weeks. Have not tasted the others yet. Here is Paul’s Steroid brew. weggl
Just open one at 1 month, no carrots and no peas, but a wonderful beer. Fruity, great head, verry easy drink, that makes it a problem[love] [love] [love] For a little more flavor you could increase the boil time slightly.[roll] Warren
