HELP! Festive Stout

Hey guys im needing a little help ive noticed a couple folks on here talk about the old spiced ale recipe and i am thinking of makin it with coopers brewmaster irish stout, i want to bump up the alcohol content so i was thinking of maybe using 2 cans of the stout and adding 300 grams of DME then add the 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon what do you guys think any ideas on this or any improvements.

It will be pretty bitter and would need to be left a fair while in the bottle to mellow out a bit. If you are only wanting to bump up the alcohol with a simple recipe then I'd suggest just doing only the 1 can with 500g dextrose and 500g Dark Dried Malt and make to 20L which should give you about 5.6%
