Jarvo_325
I know a lot of you guys probably wouldn't like either of these two beers but I happen to really like them and are probably one of my favourite non premium or imported beers, plus they are Local. Does anyone have any clone recipes or Ideas I should try? What hops would Cascade Draught use? What Hops would Cascade Lager use? Would I use a lager yeast or ale yeast? Muddy Waters
I've never tried either but if I hear anything I'll let you know [biggrin]
Hairy
I found the following recipe at a LHBS. Cascade Premium Lager 1.7kg Thomas Coopers Pilsener 500g Light Dry Malt 500g Dextrose Hallertau Hops (steeped and/or dry hopped) Lager yeast I like Cascade Premium Lager; I think it is one of the better Australian commercial lagers. I haven't tried this recipe though.

PB2
Ah, yes. I have fond memories of my first session geting drunk - camping at Coles Bay, drinking Cascade Lager(in longnecks) plus Stones Green Ginger wine. When I went back to Tassie for a 3 year posting, '97-'99, Cascade Red was my beer of choice. If you don't mind the bitter, something like Cascade Red might be: TC Australian Bitter 1kg Light Dry Malt to 23 litres and ferment at around 15C

Stones Green Ginger wine was always a requirement for bathurst race weekend on the mountain. Nothing could warm like the stones.
