Biermoasta Posted July 19, 2011 Share Posted July 19, 2011 If you don't store the bottles at or above 18C then the yeast wont be awake, and the beer will not carbonate... resulting in flat beer. Try to find a way to keep the bottles warm. As for finings, I've never used them and would never use them. My beers come out clear, so I don't want to add things to my beer which I don't need to.
