Hairy Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Welcome to the forum Brian. The POR hops are good for bittering but aren't much of an aroma hop. I would hold those for when you want to add a bittering edition. Without knowing too much about the kit, the Galaxy hops might go well with the Draught. Perhaps use 1kg LDM, 10-15g Galaxy steeped and 15g Galaxy dry hopped. I would hold on to the Wheat can to make a wheat beer with a wheat beer yeast.
