CraigsALE
We all know from Paul's posts that Coopers Green has the POR hop used in it. What about the Red or Sparkling Ale if you call it that. Can you share what hops are used in the making of this, I was thinking of doing a clone using extract malt if any one has any suggestions for recipe. Not to worried about the high alcohol content, just want to mimmick the taste.
Muddy Waters
POR is used as the bittering hop in both the Sparkling and Pale Ales.

Squishy
No flavouring hops used!! Just POR and Coopers Yeast is all the flavouring needed
CraigsALE
Interesting, my drinking buddies refuse to believe that the same hop used in VB is used in such a first class beer as CSA.
Muddy Waters
The Coopers commercial yeast is what makes the magic happen in CSA (and all the Coopers Ales).
