LeonardC2
Yesterday,I finally got a pic of my 1st brew. The OS lager kit I started fermenting on 01/30,bottled on 02/13. It is 5.3%ABV with the brewers sugar I got with the kit. Tasted it after 3 weeks in the bottle at 70F (in the Cooper's kit box). 5 days in the fridge, although 3 days seemed to be fine. http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/ss71/unionrdr/family%20fun/PICT0001.jpg It has very good carbonation,a head that last about half way through the glass. But the carbonation lasts all the way to the bottom of the glass. When it warms up a lil (I think about 50F-ish),I could smell/taste a floral earthiness to the malt. Small bit of bitterness on the finish. I personally think this one's screaming for an ounce of Willamette, with it's floral, fruity, earthy spiciness. This is the one my wife really loves...can't say I blame her. Not-one-bit.

LeonardC2
It's going to be interesting to see how it looks/tastes on my birthday (March 31st). That's some 6 weeks or so in the bottle! Mmmmm...ale...
