Matty H
Gday I recently tried a pale ale at a little brewery near my house it was very clean and crisp tasting with a lot of cascade hop. The thing that made it great was a hint of what i'm pretty sure is blueberry. It tasted unreal i was never a fan of berrys in beer but this was really well balanced. So i wanna have a crack at recreating it i was thinking the fruit salad recipe cause its a winner 1 can coopers pale ale 1kg coopers LDM 200g dex 25g cascade steeped for 30mins 25g amarilo steeped for 30mins and 250g blueberrys Does anyone know how many blueberrys it would take to get a slight after taste any comments would be great. Cheers!

PB2
500g of frozen blueberries (supermarket frozen section) will do the job. Simply place them in a new chux (just pulled out of the pack), tie the corners and sit them on the top of the brew after adding the yeast. Matty H
Brewed and tasted couldnt taste any blueberry i think the hops overpowered it. I recently went back to that brewery and i'm thinking maybe its these galaxy hops one of my friends just purchased. They smell Amazing [love] cant wait to taste his brew i'm ordering them Asap.
