Luke Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Hi Y'all, Got this in the keg on the weekend. 1 can Coopers Dark 1kg DME 500g Dry Wheat malt 230g Chocolate malt (grain - steeped) 20g Centennial hops boiled for 10 mins. Luke Posted February 16, 2010 Author Share Posted February 16, 2010 That was the plan, I actually forgot to dry hop it near the end of fermentation, and was gonna do it in the keg (but I forgot again!)
