American style Dark

Hi Y'all,

 

Got this in the keg on the weekend.

1 can Coopers Dark

1kg DME

500g Dry Wheat malt

230g Chocolate malt (grain - steeped)

20g Centennial hops boiled for 10 mins.

Kit Yeast (re-hydrated)

OG - 1.050

FG - 1.012

5.3% ABV

That was the plan, I actually forgot to dry hop it near the end of fermentation, and was gonna do it in the keg (but I forgot again!)

Do you think I should chuck in another 20g of Centennial in the keg?
