CATpAW Brewing
hidi ho brewmeisters looking to extend CATpAW's range of quality home brews with the addition of a pilsener to the range, and am hoping that my esteemed on-line colleagues could contribute some recipe suggestions for the Brewmaster Pilsener. I think I have some pretty eclectic tastes when it comes to beer, so would appreciate any recipes that you even half rate that you have made. I can get my hands on most fermentables, adjuncts and hops (75 types and counting) , courtesy of craftbrewer.com.au, so don't hold back. thanks brew buddies! :D
PB2
The Pilsener with 1kg of Light Dry Malt and another 50g of Saaz (20g at 15mins and 30g at f/out) makes a great brew. Use the kit yeast with either 15g of Brew Cellar European Lager yeast or 11.5g of W-34/70 and ferment at 13C-15C. Secondary ferment to mop up the diacetyl and sulphur compounds.
