Luke Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 Another one for the mashers: 96% Joe White Pilsner malt 4% Joe White Cara malt Mash - 90 mins @ 65deg 90 min boil SG - 1.045 Hops: 38 IBU's Galaxy (13.4% a/a) 20g @ 60 mins - 30 IBU Galaxy 10g @ 15 mins - 4 IBU Galaxy 15g @ 1 min - 4 IBU Yeast - Wyeast 1056 American Ale (2lt starter) Final Volume 23lt incl. starter. Galaxy is my new best friend!!!! What a hop! The pilsner malt & galaxy hops really complement each other well.
