G,day all

just would like to know if anyone could guide me in the right direction....I would like to make a beer in the style of the Czech beer Pilsner Urquell. This is one of my fav beers that gets imported in to Australia and is kinda ezy to find!

If anyone has any idea how to make somthing that smells and tastes like it, using Coopers products id be a very happy camper! :D

Na zdravi!

A brew of similar style might be the Thomas Coopers Pilsener + 1kg of Light Dry Malt + 25g of late hopped Saaz to 23litres. Use the enclosed yeast + a sachet of Saf W34/70. Start it at about 24C then drop it down to 13C-15C over the first 12 hours.
