PB2
Another recipe out there: LIGHT GERMAN BOCK (approx 7.2%) 2 x 1.7kg Bavarian Lager cans 2 x 500g Light Dry Malt Use the two yeast sachets (you can throw in another 11.5g Lager Yeast Sachet - from home brew specialist stores - if you like). If you would like some more hop character bring the Malt dissolved in 2 litres of water up to a gentle boil (be careful that it doesn't foam over), add 50g of SAAZ hops, turn off the heat and let sit for 15mins. Remove hops and add all ingredients to your fermenter, fill to the 23 litre mark with a target temperature of 21C (this may require the addition of fridge water). Allow the temperature to drop over the course of fermentation toward 13C. May take 14 days or so to reach FG.
