Both on tap. Heaps of others.. If you dont mind the bottle, you can buy longnecks at Transport at Fed Square for ~$8 (at least you could last time I was there). Noticed a pub espousing Coopers at the southern end of the Market - top of Queen Street somewhere. Not sure what it's called, but will check it out next time in Melbourne.
