I'm coming over from Melbourne and are doing a Brewery tour @ 2pm Thursday. It'd be awesome to see the inner workings of your home brew lab, etc. Any chance you could show me, my old man, and two of my best mates the place 'where it all happens'. All of us are or have been coopers kit home brewers.. users of your fine produce. If you cant, perhaps come out the front at the end of tour and have a couple of tastings with us? I have a prior engagement at 1pm but I may be able to slip away around 3'ish. There is a mobile contact number (assuming it's yours) on the brew tour booking folder.
