TimZ1525228685 Posted December 1, 2013 Share Posted December 1, 2013 No bottle caps in two boxes of PET bottles isn't the end of the world - but the boxes hadn't been tampered with in the shop, so I've dropped a line to customer service. To tell the truth it was a hassle driving back to get replacements, it took about 2 hours all told, and it's just not the quality of service I've come to expect from the company.
