My first complaint after a years' brewing (and 8 drinking) - bummer!

No bottle caps in two boxes of PET bottles isn't the end of the world - but the boxes hadn't been tampered with in the shop, so I've dropped a line to customer service.

 

To tell the truth it was a hassle driving back to get replacements, it took about 2 hours all told, and it's just not the quality of service I've come to expect from the company. Maybe someone's been napping on the job? [biggrin]

if we haven't got back to you by Thu, shoot another email through to customerservice@coopers.com.au - I'm scheduled to "fill-in" on the brewing hotline and customer service this Fri and the next Mon [biggrin]
