Then when it came to confirm payment page the price was back at $40. Is this right, or has the page just messed up? OK, so maybe I am being a tightwad! I have done it before with Hersbrucker but not Saaz. 3 months seems an eternity away! I might have to keg and force carb so i can be drinking it in 4-6 weeks! Turned out great [love] It definitely got better with time but it was fine to drink after a month. I didn't lager it after bottling though, I just left them in my usual warmish conditioning area.
