DoubleChevron
Hi guys, does anyone know the percentage of malt in the coopers brew enhance 3 pack. I've been using the brigalow pack as they have 500gms of malt (the beer comes out sooooooo nice with 500/250/250malt/dextrose/corn starch) kits. seeya, Shane L. PB2
There is no Brew Enhancer 3!! You can get a similar mix to the Brigalow pack with 500g of Brew Enhancer 1 and 500g Light Dry Malt.
DoubleChevron
Woops  ....... Brew enhancer 2 (the most expensive one). It's the only Coopers brew enhancer that doesn't have the amounts of dextrose/corn starch/malt listed :? If I was to use the 500gms light malt and brew enhancer 1 that would work well I guess, however it would be 1.5kgs of brewing sugar. The Canadian blonde and Pale Ale come out sssoooooooo nicely with the 500malt 250dextrose&corn starch kits (especially the Canadian blonde with that really creamy mouth feel). seeya, Shane L. PB2
Brew Enhancer 2 contains 500g Dextrose, 250g Light Dry Malt and 250g Maltodextrin. The suggestion I put forward on my previous post (500g Brew Enhancer 1 and 500g Light Dry Malt) would give you a mix of the following: 300g Dextrose, 200g Maltodextrin and 500g Light Dry Malt.
