I have used clingwrap on over 100 brews now (god, I'm a beer pig aren't I?), some of which have stayed in the FV for a month and I have NEVER had an infected batch! The odd bottle is a different story, but that's life. My opinion... Be a tight arse whenever it's practical, and in this case it is!! BTW...
