JUDDEYE
gday Coopers Clan , Recently a friend has been brewing using a 15 lt plastic container wort from ESB . The workload is considerably less ( about 4 mins to lay the brew down ) and the beer is very drinkable. I was just wondering if Coopers have any plans in the pipeline to make a wort in this size , shape of form. Heres hoping , Justin Carroll ( c38842)
JUDDEYE
Steve , great tip .Always thought the container could serve another purpose for home brewing. cheers Justin
PB2
We produced a 20 litre wort in a plastic bag (in a cardboard box) - launched in October 1977. This is something we moved away from in the mid-eighties once we perfected evaporation techniques. It was the advent of wort concentrate in the can that really made home brewing take off!! We will leave the sale of fresh worts to the little guys.
