Yeh  I'd like to try an extract/kit version.

The Coopers Dark Ale is in the ball park but not the same of course.

Just covert the base male which voyager pale schooner. To dme or lme

Use the interpersonal to help you convert the base male to extract.

The other ingredients. Jeg wheat malt and Barley.  Crack the grain the lhbs will do this for you and just do a small mash and boil

See my thread here re Tooheys Old.  Has some other useful links in it as well for extract versions.

My AG version turned out very nice and an old timer mate reckoned it was as good as the real deal.  Its on my to do again brew list so maybe at the end of summer will drop another batch in the FV for drinking during the cooler months next year.

And my first taste test and pic here.
