Frank
We do produce beer in cans - Regency Draught and Light. If you are referring to our naturally conditioned Ales such as Pale and Sparkling, we have experimented in the past with a few trial brews. One of the issues we faced at Leabrook was the lack of space. The palletised beer cannot be stacked four or five pallets high until the second fermentation is complete. The pressure from the CO2 in the cans gives them the strength to support a load. Given that this obstacle has been removed now that we are operating out of our shiny new brewery at Regency Park, we may see this issue revisited in the future. :D
