There’s Newton Clown and Squishy, Matty A and Greg T5, John 12 and John V3, indeed all fine chaps

And Muddy with his Glad Wrap fetish not to mention undies straps

Chris Mack now he’s a newbie and Trustie full of lies

The Brewmaster he’s an expert as the name applies.

There’s Rossm, Midian, Billk and Duffman Just to name a few

You’ll find them talking beer, indeed a motley crew.

PB2’s a legend he knows it off by heart, ask him any question he’ll give it to you straight

A wizard on the recipes but not for making cake.

If you saw his photo in the paper it sure would draw a tear,

But give it to the bugger he makes a crackin beer.

I know I’ve left out many and there scattered far and wide

Not only here in Oz but also on the other side.

They’re in the old US and Europe, so is the belief

Some from that far country, who make beer from Maple Leaf.

So if you looking for advice to make you own homebrew

This is the place to come and meet this motley crew.

What their all very good at apart from advise you should not miss

Is sitting round and talking and drinking homemade piss.

You’ll find them on the WWW @ Coopers.com au

Their a famous mob especially with homebrew.

[biggrin] Inspired by how many cold ones? Very clever Warren

Our lager

Which art in barrels

Hallowed be thy drink

Thy will be drunk

At home as if in taverns

Give us this day our foamy head

And forgive us our spillages

As we forgive those who spill against us

And lead us not to incarceration

But deliver us from hangovers

For thine is the beer, the bitter, the lager

For ever and ever....

I could send you a good one but this is not a poetry furum!

There is a good one of mine called the “Wells of Beersheba”on --http://www.lighthorse.org.au/resources/poetry-and-song/the-wells-of-beersheba

It is the story of 800 men in the Aust Light Horse who took Beersheba against 20,000 Turkish troops in the 1st World War.
