Cold night so time for a stout. Don’t usually drink on a Wednesday but hey, as the great Mr T says, rules is for fools!

This is so nice, really smooth and almost a hint of licorice amongst the coffee, chocolatey tasty goodness…at 7.3% just the one longneck tonight though

Caffrey’s Irish Ale clone really good actually reminds me of the days when I used to drink it. It’s a low alcohol easy drinker beer really smooth and malty. Was a bit sweet initially but has settled nicely after a month in the keg. Next time I will carb it a bit more on the co2 to increase the head size.

COOPERS STOUT

10 Weeks in the bottle & I only have 2 x Longnecks left, my brother is coming down for a visit in a few weeks & I promised I would save some for him to try, it's gunna be hard - I suppose I could sneak a quick brew on for him to drink but it would not be as good as this.

I will see what happens.
