Brauhaus Fritz
Found another delicious bottle of a Mango Pale Ale, great balance of Mango and bitterness. And this particular bottle is so clear. Thanks Mangrove Jack (pouch). How I did get it up to 7.5% I have no idea.
Brauhaus Fritz
It’s 11.15 am, and what do we say in good old “Fritz” Country? It’s time for a “Frühschoppen”. Wai-Iti Ale. Aussie Pale Ale and Kiwi hops 8
Graculus
Coopers Toucan Stout with choc malt. Now I've read of the bit of the thread today & noticed people are saying how long in the bottle / keg. Well this has been in a box at the back of my garage since...... 2017. I actually made it on Good Friday 2017. It just got left on the bottom shelf and a heap of stuff got put in front of it. It's very nice.

I find the occasional odd bottle of something now and again. Mostly have a sip and chuck the rest down the sink. This is really is very good though. It was behind another box with Cooper Imperial Russian Stout in. That would be from 2018. I drank the first batch, but didn't really like it. A few weeks ago I pulled the box out and tried one. Not to my taste at all. I gave a bottle to a bloke in work. He didn't like it either. I'm going to tip it away tomorrow. 1
Classic Brewing Co
1st AG BREW - AMERCICAN PALE ALE I have 6 or so of this batch left & it's getting better each time I have one but so is the stock going down, funny that. I am really looking forward to trying some of my AG brews out of the keg but early days yet, it will happen. Cheers. The last pour from the keg before it blows is always the best of the whole keg! 1

stquinto
A bottle of a Belgian kit called Diavolo. I assumed it would be a strong Belgian pale ale (like a Duvel) bit it wasn’t at all good. I kept them a year and they are a bit better, but still a bit “meh” Trying to get a very pale colour put me onto AG, @Greenyinthewestofsydney gave me a few pointers of which I am eternally grateful. And everyone else too
