I realize its a slow starter but how long did it take also what temp 18 c have started with at about day 4 was going to ramp it up a bit. Probably about .5 c aday till i hit 20 thoughts I used it in the Coopers Hazy IPA recipe. My tasting notes here. Brewed at 20°C. 1.059 to 1.023 in three days. therealthing691 Posted September 29, 2021 Author Share Posted September 29, 2021 Yep thanks guys so did i Hairy 2PKTS as well i did a test as well with oatmilk and flour in 3L of the main brew. Which had Amercian ale malt , wheat malt and oatmalt also some quick oats. Here is some pictures a lot of difference i think .
