Stickers Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 i'm doing the same kit and kilo this weekend, good luck with your brew. i'd go with citra myself for the citrus flavour you'll get from the dry hop. 1

Try 25 grams as a dry hop or put 25grams in a container (wrapped in a Chux cloth) pour recently boiled hot water hat is just under 80C and leave for around 20mins, then pour the hop tea into the fermenter. You can put the Chux in as well if you like. I would suggest to get the best out of the Cerveza extract it would be best to use a lager yeast at around 12c. If you use the can yeast that came with the extract you are using, it should be OK. 1

Changed up the yeast to harvested Dubbya fermented at 12°. Added Morgans Citra once krausen had collapsed and will remove it after 3 days (today). Cold crashing to 2° then bottle after 6 days or so. Good luck with your brew. 1 1
