FWK Pale ale

18 to 20 degrees 20 will make it fire up and ferment faster than 18 some would say 18 makes a cleaner tasting beer. I'd be lying if said noticed a different but staying under 20 with that yeast is definitely a good idea.

I have found ( for me anyway ) 18c is the sweet spot for US-05, I have used it quite a few times & it normally takes up to 24-36 hours before any action, especially noticeable if you are using an airlock, it is one of my favourite yeasts.
