coopers brewery fermentation temperatures

a quickish question .how do coopers manage to brew all year round considering adelaides rather high then low summer temperatures.do you have a a/c brewing area to maintain a constant temperature.i could go on but thats it in a nut shell.the winter side also intrigues me. :?:

The fermentation process is an exothermic reaction - generates heat.

 

So with fermentation vessels holding 160000 litres of wort heating is not a concern.

 

Cooling is achieved by the use of brine within 3 cooling jackets attached to outside of the fermenter wall.
