Rohan76
Hi, first time making a recipe of the month (Aussie IPA) and it's great fun. I'm up to pitching the yeast, do I use the supplied yeast with the pale ale tin as well as the english ale yeast? Can't work this part out. Thanks, Rohan. Hairy
Based on the recipe it is just the 15g English Ale yeast.

Hairy
Not sure what @Graubart thinks about Morgans marketing their English yeast for use in a Hefeweizen.

I don't think he would be amused & he is sure to comment. That's all I could buy at the LHBS in the way of English Ale Yeast but I am only making the ROTM AUs Pale Ale. Hairy
I’m sure he will say that is the yeast they use in Frankfurt.
