Looks nice but I don't worry about reverse searing I like the grill marks, charring more. Good combination all the same.

Red devil 44
Some nice ribs going on the Kamado Joe this afternoon, marinated overnight, nothing flash. ‘Just some Aldi ribs marinated in a bbq style sauce my lovely wife whipped up in the Thermomix. ‘Potatoes & Pumpkin & Red Onion sliced going in with it. Having a few ales off tap whilst watching the NRL and keeping an eye on the Kamado. Edited July 3 by Red devil 44

Red devil 44
This was the end product, still haven’t mastered the heating on the Kamado Joe, it sits at around 100 degrees for ages, then if you take your eye of it it jumps really quickly to 300 degrees, I can bring it back down with closing the vents slightly but it is a bit of a PITA to juggle. ‘Ribs were fabulous, served with roast potato & pumpkin, oh & the special bbq sauce my wife made. ‘Her next request is a Roast Lamb but strangely I don’t like lamb, she thinks I am a weirdo. 4
