Looks good. You can't go wrong with a good mafia cake. And of course the beer. Don't forget the beer 🙂

I agree, beer & pizza go well, but so does wine & pizza but my friend is not really a wine person so I said all right then, let's drink beer !!  🤭 The whole part of having a drink & a meal with someone who is a damn good honest to earth bloke makes it even more enjoyable.

Pork chunky skewers marinaded including fresh lemon, ginger, garlic, onion on top of whatever Aldddi had done as lemon n herbs butterfly pork - we cut up into nice chunks and marinaded further... and then they were grill-smoked (hot coals had smoking pellets added to provide some smoke) and served w salad, fresh home made Rye Bread and AG Brew 🙂 taschty

I was going to do a roast chook with all of the vegetables tonight but neighbours darkened my doorstep so we had a drink, all good I got to use the left overs from the other night but no seafood just a can of my favourite wood smoked chilli sardines. These are great with anything, I use them all of the time.

That is a very good brand of sardines - more expensive, but tastes much better. I haven't seen that flavour

I agree, sometimes Coles have them on special & I usually stock up, they have lot's of other products & recipes on their website. Cheers.
