Couscous for dinner last night. A lamb shank, cooked for 3 hours in a cast iron pot, some lamb, mint and spiced meatballs (kofta) and some shop-bought merguez sausages. Went down a treat with some red vino

Spotted this a while ago and saved it. "Steak Authenticity Certificate" which even has the beasts nose print like we have finger prints.

Pretty crazy but damn I would love to cook and taste one of these.

That looks like Kobe mate, or at least Wagyu! Awesome!

I treated myself to a piece once, bloody overcooked it. Kids were wondering why I was crying 😭

Just recently had a lovely T-Bone steak from a mate who had raised his own and then kept one for himself... and got it done by a Farm Butcher.... was lovely stuff...  and my T-Bone was great ; )

Yes, I still have heaps from last crop so it appears it gets me through the year. 
It's so amazingly good, I get HEAPS.
