A lamb shank, cooked for 3 hours in a cast iron pot, some lamb, mint and spiced meatballs (kofta) and some shop-bought merguez sausages. "Steak Authenticity Certificate" which even has the beasts nose print like we have finger prints. Pretty crazy but damn I would love to cook and taste one of these.
