Tricky Micky
Hope all is well with all the festive brewers after their Good Friday. Spent the day kegging my Hop Nation XPA - smells incredible. Can't wait to taste - lets see if I can hold off for a couple of weeks - but who am I kiddin'. With the help of the Wifey, put together a seafood dinner. It was Grand! Tom Yum, chilli, lime, fish sauce, sugar, sauce, a few cold fresh tiger prawns, lightly battered scallops and battered fish (Hoki). Went down a treat.

Classic Brewing Co
Hey Stquinta, guess what's on the menu tonight, after a somewhat stressful day ordering kegging equipment I think I need something simple tonight. Well it's supposed to be there about 3 other ingredients not shown.

There was no way I was going to risk the steak (they ask how you want it cooked to be polite, but with all combinations you end up with grey meat…) so I had the fish. Hmm… bit dried out. I reckon the spag-bol would have been a better bet 3

stquinto
Post-pub offerings, Irish-style… a curry-cheese-chip (not “curry-cheese-chips” for some reason) Not much of a looker but worthy of a Michelin star when sufficiently lubricated, believe me 1

Classic Brewing Co
Pasta again & the rest is frozen, the chilli has really come through, that's why I was forced to have a red wine. 2
Classic Brewing Co
Super lazy tonight, I have been out most of the day negotiating a business deal with one of the local pubs & I didn't feel like cooking. It hit the spot so I will have to make it a healthier night by having an apple then some chocolate with a port 2
