Hope all is well with all the festive brewers after their Good Friday.

Spent the day kegging my Hop Nation XPA - smells incredible. Can't wait to taste - lets see if I can hold off for a couple of weeks - but who am I kiddin'.

With the help of the Wifey, put together a seafood dinner. It was Grand! 😀

Tom Yum, chilli, lime, fish sauce, sugar, sauce, a few cold fresh tiger prawns, lightly battered scallops and battered fish (Hoki).

Went down a treat.

Hey Stquinta, guess what's on the menu tonight, after a somewhat stressful day ordering kegging equipment I think I need something simple tonight.  Well it's supposed to be there about 3 other ingredients not shown.

Can’t beat a spag-bol Phil mate. I made one yesterday for my kids when we went out for dinner. There was no way I was going to risk the steak (they ask how you want it cooked to be polite, but with all combinations you end up with grey meat…) so I had the fish. Hmm… bit dried out. I reckon the spag-bol would have been a better bet

There it is there was also roasted red peppers, anchovies & red wine in the sauce, I went with Vegeroni Spirals in the end for a change, awesome.

Post-pub offerings, Irish-style… a curry-cheese-chip (not “curry-cheese-chips” for some reason)

Not much of a looker but worthy of a Michelin star when sufficiently lubricated, believe me 🍀😃

Nah I am not a fan of soggy chips covered in stuff, mind you if you are 9 sheets to the wind could be different.
