Greg
Just wondering where the Canadian Blonde refers to 'spicy hops', was wondering whether this is to give an indication of the hop that was used for bittering, flavour and aroma. Would Saaz be the correct hop that was used in the preparation of this malt, or is that subject to Coopers secret? I find adding an additional 30g of Saaz to the standard brew much more satisfying than the kit and recommended recipe, and accentuates that 'spicy' nature of the beer.
