Free Shipping emails?

On the sign-in page it states that one of the benefits of joining the Cooper's Club is that you get e-mailed notification of free shipping offers. I signed up 2 months ago and the only offers I've received are the ROTM ones. Has the free shipping offer gone the way of the dodo?

I've been a member for years and never received a free shipping email.

When the ROTM kits drop, there's usually a week of free shipping for orders over a certain value (alternates between $80 and $100). The ROTM kits also get free shipping.

Oops, my bad. I just pulled up the ROTM email dated 7th October and up the top it says 

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $100

 

Limited time only ends 11th October 11:59PM ACST

I must have thought the free shipping referred to the ROTM and didn't read it closely. My apologies to Cooper's. I think I was also misled by the bit where they say " Free shipping only applicable on ROTM Pack, all other items in your cart will incur shipping fees."

Hi Fergy1987, try this:

Next to your site name click on the drop down arrow and click on Account Settings

 

Select Notification Settings

Make sure "Send me news and information" is checked.
