Sterilizing bottles seems to be a bit of a chore, what do others do that can make it more simple. Thinking about no rinse sterilizer.

Sanitising is the term you need.
I rinse well, then give a spray with starsan or something similar just prior to bottling

the thing (vinator?) makes it fairly painless

I just use a basic spray bottle and spray 3-4 squirts of solution into each bottle. Heaps easier than rinsing all the bottles and heaps cheaper than a vinator. I don't bother to let them drain completely, just tip out the excess and they're good to go.

Starsan, stellarsan, phosphoric acid sanitiser are all the same and available from a variety of hb retailers.

Years back I remember a bloke was running a nice little business [illegal I imagine] and had as many as 20+ FV going at a time. He used to rinse the beer bottles out after use [returns from sales] and left them out in the sunlight to disinfect them. The FV's were not cleaned and once drained of the wort he would just top up with fresh ingredients and start over again.
