WCM
Hi I'm trying to brew a lager beer, I saw the recipe for what I'm trying to brew is 2 pieces of 11.5g Saflager W-34/70 Yeast, but I only have 1 piece. Would it affect the result?

Keep to the temperature ranges which are detailed on the yeast pack, leave it in the FV for two weeks and it should be all good.

ben 10
I would start the brew warmer and then cool to the required temps. Lagers require more yeast when fermented cold. What is the OG of the recipe?
