Question about crystal grains

Hey fellas,

I've been brewing for a couple of years (twenty years after stopping) from kits and recently started dry hopping, moving on to boils too.

I'm in Switzerland and can get hold of some stuff (Coopers kits mainly), and other brand LMEs and tins of malt syrup.

I can also get crystal grains but the names are a bit different.

I have all of the gear to try out the Anarchy IPA but wonder of the three grains which would be the mose suitable ? I can't quite work out he EBD number for the crystal malt in the recipe. Appreciate any ideas from the pictures....

In order they are Medium, Dark and Light crystal.

I would use the Cara hell.

Thanks Ben, looks clearer now. Will try out the Anarchy IPA using the light one, and hope that the hoppy flavour doesn't dissipate too quickly.
