Sam1421
Hi All, I am on my 4th brew and cleaned with Stellaclean then did a sanitize with starsan then continued with a pale ale with BE3 which worked well last time. 24hrs later my wort has gone a very dark colour. I think I many not have rinsed after using Stellaclean. Should i restart? Edited May 9, 2020 by Sam1421

In a few days time when you're taking a specific gravity reading, give it a sniff and if it smells ok give it a taste. If it smells and tastes ok it probably is. If you have traces of Stellaclean at dangerous levels it will probably affect the yeast as well, so if your final gravity reading is normal it will mean your yeast has been unaffected. If it doesn't affect your yeast it's unlikely to affect you. Edited May 9, 2020 by MUZZY
